DIRECTOR OF TEACHING AND LEARNING
The Director of Teaching and Learning (DTL) oversees many management and leadership responsibilities, including supervising curriculum to ensure the excellence of all academic programs, leading faculty to improve their teaching, spearheading new and innovative programs, and supporting students and families. As a member of the senior leadership team who reports to the Head of School, the DTL sets concrete goals and delivers key results to enhance and sustain the school’s curriculum. The DTL is a champion of the philosophy and mission of the school.
