My junior year at York seems to be the culmination of everything I’ve experienced since I started here. Every day is filled with welcome surprises and as a result, I come to campus daily with a smile on my face! York is a tight-knit community and it's exemplified by our lacrosse team and the fun we have together. Recently, our coaches threw us a party out of the blue on a Friday afternoon. Watching game highlights, eating combo pizza, laughing with my friends, and singing along to “Hotel California” made this an example of what sets our school apart from the rest. It’s memories like this that I will never forget and one reason why I’m grateful to be a part of such an incredible community.
